Kawn Beyoud is the founder and principal of KB Strategies. His experience includes work for the U.S. government at the Securities & Exchange Commission and private practice with various prominent firms. His practice experience includes securities, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, international transactions and litigation, international taxation and white collar crime.

He has practiced law in the U.S., Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in addition to consulting work in Morocco. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College and has an LL.B in French Civil Law with a minor in Islamic Law from Moulay Ismail University in Morocco. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. and in the State of Oregon. He is a native speaker of French and Arabic.
